Good Hiking & Riding Conditions: The trails have melted out, but hiking, running and Mt. Biking is in season. Although some trees are down and the trails are a little wet in some spots with the recent rains.

Poor Skiing Conditions: The trails have melted out, considering how warm it has been, just a few patches of skiiable snow remain, but they are not connected... Skiing is over for the season.

Fair to Good Skiing Conditions: Mixed transformed snow and frozen granular snow. The warm termp's all week have only melted and transformed the snow more in most areas. The rain forecast for Thursday and Friday may stabilize the snow conditions. Grooming by snowmobile may be possable at some point this weekend. Trails are pretty good, considering...
